Open Category, Chicken, Pork Ribs, and Beef Brisket

$75 For One or All Categories

30' x 30' space

Head Cooks' Meeting at 9:00 am on Saturday

Set-up: Friday 10:00 am till 10:00pm

Trophies

Awards for all categories will be held at 5:30 pm on Saturday.

1st, 2nd, 3rd Place trophies each food category

1st & 2nd Place Showmanship trophies

Overall trophy

Open and Showmanship awards will not
go towards Overall Trophy.

Judging of Showmanship will be
11:00 am until 3:00 pm on Saturday

Beer allowed. Beer and ice will be sold on Saturday.

All proceeds benefit Willow River Farms and The Center where we serve adults with developmental disabilities
